Service Description
Leave your dog in good hands while you’re away. Our Adventure Day Care service provides fun hikes to the river on summer days engaging their natural instincts in an interactive environment, brain games, socialization and mental stimulation while ensuring proper care.

Cancellation Policy
This Client Service Agreement, Liability Waiver, and Release (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Adventure Time Animal Care (“Company”) and the undersigned client (“Client”). By signing this Agreement, Client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions: Adventure Time Pet Care may provide services, including but not limited to: • Pet sitting • Dog walking • Feeding and watering • Medication administration • Overnight care • Transportation to veterinary care when necessary • Exercise and companionship Services, schedules, and rates will be agreed upon separately between Company and Client. 4. Vaccination & Animal Health Requirements Client represents and warrants that all pets: • Are current on vaccinations required under Texas law and local ordinances • Are free of contagious illnesses and parasites • Have not shown aggressive or dangerous behavior unless disclosed in writing • Are properly licensed and vaccinated for rabies if required by local law Client agrees to disclose any prior bite history, behavioral concerns, medical conditions, or special handling requirements before services begin. Adventure Time Pet Care reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if a pet poses a safety risk. 5. Veterinary Emergency Authorization If a pet becomes ill, injured, or requires emergency medical treatment while under the care of Adventure Time Pet Care, Client authorizes Company to obtain veterinary care deemed reasonably necessary. Adventure Time Pet Care will make reasonable efforts to contact Client before obtaining treatment. If Client cannot be reached, Company may transport the pet to: Preferred Veterinary Clinic listed in this form Client agrees to be fully responsible for all veterinary costs, emergency transportation costs, and related expenses. 6. Assumption of Risk Client understands and acknowledges that working with animals carries inherent risks, including but not limited to: • Bites or scratches • Injury, illness, or death • Escape or loss of the pet • Property damage • Interaction with other animals, people, or environmental hazards Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with pet care services provided by Adventure Time Pet Care. 7. Release of Liability TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER TEXAS LAW, CLIENT RELEASES, WAIVES, HOLDS HARMLESS, AND AGREES NOT TO SUE ADVENTURE TIME PET CARE, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, OR REPRESENTATIVES FOR ANY CLAIM
